Due to the issues it was causing we removed the TQ to Sisi patch from the autopatcher on Singularity a few days ago. This was done because some people were accidentally patching their TQ clients to the test builds.. this was a bad thing.
The link to the TQ to Sisi patch is now back on the Sisi patch page and it will no longer be available via auto-patching.
Going from an old test build to the newer test build will still be possible through the auto-patcher though. ____________________________ I break things.

Hate to whine, but why not just do something fairly straight forward: Make an option on the launcher to set the client to "SiSi" client, and it stores its cache / settings / etc in a /SiSi/ subdirectory of where it is at now?
Why adapt a system thats working fine to fit one thats screwed up in the first place...
Just my two sense.

Well, patched it to the latest build and now can't get past splash screen. Getting the logo out then it closes appliacation before getting to login screen. Cheking task manager reveals the Eveexe file is running in the background and doing nothing. Trying to relog to the game only does the same thing and causes multi eveexe files to stay in the background if you do not end the process from task manager. And yes, tried it 2 times in a roll to copy TQ and patching. Same thing happens. Hope it helps.

Keep trying to re-download this, but every time I patch with it I get a "failed crc" error on tut2.stuff which corrupts my test installation

I'd Suggest (if you haven't tried) Connect to Tranq. Copy Those files to your Test Folder Directory, Overwriting it all. Then Run the patch. Worked for me.

Tried the patch mentioned above countless times...each time to be told there was a patching error, the crc for tut2.stuff is incorrect and my client is now corrupt.[as experienced by others]
Went to the patch page today, noticed a newer patch, namely this one: http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/test/evepatch35183-35510_test.exe
Got all excited, copied a new test client, started patch....then got the same damn error.
Really wanted to help with the desynch test and bone up on the nos and khanid changes but just can't patch my client. Anyone know how I can get around this, find a working patch, anything?

I sorted the tut2.stuff problem by downloading the whole client again and then using the test patch. Try that if you have a fairly decent internet connection, haven't found any other way of solving it.
