Missions in EvE should only be looked at as a means to an end, get involved with Player corps, wars, exploration,come back to your agent when you run out of ISK for ships etc. The epic arc has a unique story to follow along with but regular agent...

I believe the formula is cap divided by regen time multiplied by 2.49 to give you the peak cap/sec. ex, a ship with 1000 cap and a 100 sec regen time is 1000/100=10*2.49=24.9 cap per sec.
