That's strange, cause I just checked the subscription numbers, and apart from them increasing every month, this month had an even bigger increase than last month...

with all due respect Wrangler I know of at least a dozen ppl from our alliance who have quit and i know of quite a few more thinking about it...
Well, the average time a person stays with a MMOG is somewhere between 6 and 12 months, very roughly, so any corporation or alliance would have people joining and leaving at any time.
I'm not saying there aren't issues with EVE, though we do work hard to get things resolved, we're constantly working on improving hardware, software and content.
But I see the subscription numbers, and the idea that EVE is going to die because people are leaving is simply not true, those subscription numbers go up every month.

Well, that comment was about the idea some people has that EVE is dying because everyone is leaving, which isn't true.

First, I didn't ask you to be gentle in the post you quoted. Second, a gentile is a non jewish person and third, and most important, the senior GM queue is for cases that take a lot of investigation and therefore it takes a bit more time. We also take all petitions in the order they come in, the GMs will get to yours when they handled the ones who were submitted before it.

Well, that's a bit of personal preference, some people complain if they get automated responses, some want it on a daily basis and some seems to want it hourly, but of course the senior GMs will get to that petition as soon as the ones that came in before are dealt with. But we do tell people that if a petition is escalated to the senior GM queue it can take a while because those petitions usually require a lot of investigation.
