These are sweet!
My entry: banner / sig / plan view. The 3d model is hand built and textured, its a blend between an eve station (rougly caldari) and some olympic rings.

Ok, here is my finished submission:

I have to say that I love the white version :)
I can also resize it and make forum sigs and banners with it, I just made it this big so you wouldn't have to mess up the quality if you wanted it bigger..

The primary reason was that we had to narrow the choices for the listeners to pick to 5 or 6 entrants, so we picked our favorites and put them up for the listeners to vote on. The entries we picked were the most eye catching of the lot, and the ones we thought had the most visual appeal for people to pick from.
However in a few cases, such as yours, it was felt the logo you submitted, even with the addition of the wings on the sides, was too close to the actual Olympic logo.

thanks, but believe or not, didnt see your work.. I just see the topic and worked on it..
