Today i was mining solo in 0.2, yes i know the risks but was getting bored with eve and need to find other ways to keep myself interested without resorting to pirating.
With the new cruiser spawns in low sec it was hard but just managble, i had 2 mega beams fitted and 5 heavy drones and 3 light while 6 miner2s happily doing there stuff.

Along came Yuhnien from corp1, appeared in belt with me and warped out, i thought i bet hes taken a bookmark and is coming back so ill go, well i had tryed but was stuck to roid, when i was free he appeared and warp scrambled me.

I could of logged and survived but that is lame ass thing to do, he took probably about 4-5mins to kill my appoc( had little cap left from trying to get of roid with mwd i was stuck on, also repairing ship with large booster cos of recent cruiser spawn).

So i get to the point.....

Where is the pvp in that?

I have nothing against pvp and pirates in general but i consider that killing a defensless bs that is mining very lame.

Ive lost bs before and cruisers etc and have played eve for 7 months, i think this is big cause of people leaving eve.The pirate greifer.

I can understand pirates killing bs and indys etc mining to disrupt a corp, but my corp is not ( was not ) a threat to his corp as we had no intenion in engaging in pvp at this time in eve.

Ill just say again, I LIKE PVP but this is not, i know im gonna get a few flames here but what the hell try to be adults plz.

P.S. would it not be more profitable to ask for ransom( like some roleplaying peops in eve) to leave me alive and thus make more isk, what you gained possibly was a large sheild booster, 6 miner2s and 2 mega beams.Ransom normally about 12mill but this guy made all of 3mill by killing my bs
