why do people without the mind to think, always come with stupid comments like this?!
i am around 3 years old in eye. just because i see a problem which the guy (who was actually serius about his reply) is pointing out, it doesn't make me a noob etc, it just makes me some one that are looking on it with a little new and fresh idea, and if it wasn't because of guys like me you fould still be in t1 frigs and cruisers with nothing else developed in the game..
it all comes from people like me that gets good idea's
If you have played EVE-Online for 3 years, then post with your bloody main, instead of some character you made yesterday that has not even had its avatar generated.
if you don't have the 2 cent brain to read you shouldn't post. as i said it is inactive
Quote: my main is afk sp'ing on a unsubscribed account right now, will be back the 13/8-07 when it's skill is done, so is my other accounts.
This is whats wrong with EVE-Online today, to many people abuse this so called feature.
Your idea is horrible because it was would be abused by people who are able to play 20/7
WOW what an abuse, they are using 20 hours a day on gaming a game that they love and getting 20% more sp, which means that in a 10month time they would have gotten: 2mill more sp for using 6000 hours ingame.
while another guy have used 10 hours to reset skills and thereby have only gotten: 10millions sp for 10 hours instead of the 12millions sp for 6000 hours.
emm i fail to see where excatly the unfairness in this is? besides that if it was fair the 6000hours would have payid of by ALOT more then those 10 hours (that some one used on there alt skill shift which most eve players have)
Stop your crying and enjoy the game the way it is. This game isn't for everyone if you don't like the way it is move along. The reason this game has as many older players in it is because you don't have to play it 6000 hours in a couple months to keep your edge. If some snotty nosed 13 year old living at home with mommy and daddy that has all day during his/her summer and then the nice short school day comes on and plays non stop you would have wow and it's pathetic grinding system where players stick around for all of a few months before they move onto a new a game. Give it a rest. And oh so you know at one time the game was set up in this way, people were abusing it with macros to constently dock/undock, and just sit there and launch and scoop drones. This is why it's no longer this way. People abuse a system, and personally the game is fine the way it is. Stop and try to enjoy the game, if it was turned into your constant grind idea I would never have tried 90% of things I'm doing in this game. You will also have way more people in empire.
The fairness lies in the sense that everyone progresses at the same rate. Thats fair not your whacked out idea. How many people here quit Worlds of Warcrap, because they were playing with friends that progressed a lot faster then themselves, and felt left out and left behind? Ever wonder why people get bored with games? It's becuase with other MMO's where you can grind you get to the so called "End game" pretty damn fast. CCP has done a damn good job at keep EVE endless as well as keeping it on a field where everyone can enjoy it at the same pace. If you put more focus on the grinding part people will never experience even 20% of what this game has to offer.
You should really put more thought into your statement. If you really have been playing for 3 years you will know as well as I do, as I'm almost on 4 years at this point, that EVE is a really in depth game, and your not gonna experience everything there is grinding.
