So if I read this right you have Frege in four regions controlled by the Bobbits, the Frege force is staying cloaked for the most part but killing targets of opportunity and attacking station services when possible. 24 stations/systems are under constant harassment, correct?
If this is the case then what part of this is not brilliant? Kudos to the mind/minds behind this, great job!

Hey Frege are you guys having fun shooting station services and disrupting the daily grind of the locals of those systems?
If you answer "yes" to the above question then any other argument from either side from this point on is moot. If fun is being had all else is irrelevant.

How on earth could they genuinely be having fun shooting station modules?
It takes them twice as long to kill them as it takes us to heal them... or longer..
They're doing it because goonies told them to do the menial jobs so they couldn't mess up anything else.
I dunno man, it doesn't sound like much fun to me but then again neither does mining or building stuff.
All I can say though is that I am glad there are people out there that can find fun in the things that would make me go bat**** insane, they save my sanity and keep me fitted in the gear I need.
