I'm making a wild guess here but I figure it comes down to hours wasted doing PVE in what should be the grandest war in EVE, pets whining about not making any ISK because their precious refining service is down, proud capital pilots being locked into duties not exactly part of a l33t specialisation, more pilots constantly chasing after folks hitting more station services only to find the station they just came from under attack ... btw Frege, looking at your killboard .. neat. No you are ****** and clearly don't know what the **. Preventing players to use cloning services and medical facilities is huge, no doubt there are pilots there wanting to get to their clones in X station but X station has no services left and must wait till they are repaired, thats one less person going to the front lines, perhaps one less tackler or T2 battleship every one that cannot participate due to this is worth every minute shooting the station services. Not to mention the headaches of not having working station services not only is it a major inconvenience but also a pain the ass. Maybe if you get into a real alliance and start losing a war with getting your outpost services shot at and disabled you'd understand. Impressive feat for Frege. Even more impressive the fact people don't understand the significance of disabling all those important station services.
