Your information is incorrect sir, CCP has stated that a server roll back did occur. Some of the station services in a few systems were repaired by BOB, however NOT every station that was being hit, as well as stations in the north that were being hit was repaired by BOB. I believe the numbers were 20 stations at the time had service damage... as well as 1 station in the north completely unrelated to you. 7 Stations were repped up by you and your friends...but ALL stations were put back to whatever damage they had 24 hours prior to that days downtime..
