Is it just me or does almost all the ships in eve look like ****?
The only good looking ship is the thorax,ccp really needs to learn how to make the ships look better.Its like they have gotten all the ideas from a big grey box or ugly insects
Any opinions?

Some ships are made to be ugly.
The artists (or whatcha' call them) are truly awesome - great work. 
I disagree though, lots of ships are looking great.

Just because you only like phallic looking objects, doesn't mean that other things don't look great.

but there is no fellings put behind the drawings...they are so cold.
the potenitial for the drawings are so much better..if only they tried a little harder.

its all a matter of opinion...i feel like the thorax looks stupid myself, even though i drive one...
the only complaint about the modeling i have is some of the lil errors they have. gun turrets that dont fit right...pieces of the ship that u can see through...wrong ship sizes...but overall this game has the most beautiful design of any i have played.
fly ALL the ships and see them up close before u whine...like i did

sghips not looking cool!?! what about the rifter, incursus, megathron, armageddon, tempest, omen, etc, etc, try flying them all, and looking at them up close, they are very varied and all fit in with their empires 'look' sure theres some 'odd' ones *cough* moa *cough*.
but i think on the whole they are all great looking ships. |

Hmmm I'm a great fan of the Slasher, Rifter, Hoarder, Stabber, Rupture and the Typhoon.
It might not look like what u expect from a game, but the design really suits the nature of the ship, imo :)
Slasher looks just like a Dragonfly, fast and agile.
the Rifter just looks like a podracer, very speedy and agressive ( good damage dealer :) )
Hoarder just looks like a frame with containers and some propulsion strapped to it, i think thats perfectly reflects the ship, and the race that build it :).
Stabber, looks very speedy, guess what, it is.
Rupture, looks a bit like a galleon with that back end, a sturdy space version of the old war ships.
Typhoon looks like a mothership with that open belly, o guess what, its the minmatar drone ship.
I like that, although you might think diferent about it :)

You mean, the only ship you think looks nice is the Thorax? Hey this is probably just me, but I put the Thorax way down on my list over good looking ship designs. To much flying beetle for my taste.

I have to agree with IdQfizz
the thorax i way down my list aswell.
Think Neith means how the ships been streamlined.
like the shape of them, the right side wing goes down while the left side wing spread to the left, they could have made the scorpion way better, but thats just my opinion.
