Besides time and effort, should there be another kind of expenditure when repairing outpost services?
From the looks of it some people consider services attacks a joke, therefore very few pursue it, and others act indifferent when repairing.
If repairing makes a dent in alliance wallet maybe then it will be considered a more serious threat.
PS. Delete the white lines in the crosshairs. Make the crosshairs change size according to the target's movements.

Thats why we have stront in POSes - while attacker can choose initial assault hours to fit their time zone, defender can manage stront to that final POS assault is done in defenders prefered hours.
Outpost lacks such timezone defense. Hypothetical defender having whole alliance of Australians can do nothing with an assault in their work hours or their 4 AM. Permanent damage done at that time would lead to constant outpost raids against nation/continent based alliances, leading to conclusion that You absolutely cannot have such alliance keep upgraded outpost. Some people like to be in multinational alliances covering all time zones, some prefer to speak their home language on alliance chats. They can recruit many players that are poor English speakers and would not otherwise play Eve at all => more players => CCP should not create mechanics harmuful for such organizations (such as ability to destroy their 20 billion investment while they sleep).
While in regular siege, destroying factilities gives enemy serious logistic disadvantage, especially if You camp station all the time and do not allow it to repair.

I see your point, but I also think that there should be a financial cost, be it strontium (like in POS management) or anything else, to the repair the defender makes. This will increase the importance of the small gangs that set out to attack outposts services. Attacking services is fine now, just add a financial incentive.
