OR.
We have Exuro mortis gangs, occational te-ka. Time and again some youwhat gangs go zooming by. We used to have some goon and d2 gangs go through on their way south, but nowdays it's slower. And they didn't and don't stay to play, usually just passing through.
Best things about the region prolly is that you have fountain, syndicate, CR surrounding it, placid and PB are close, so you have a ton of varying factions and warring alliances all around, so targets are never far away.
Sec rating is high for a 0.0 region, but the npc stations and services make up for that.

Huh, what? I meant I went through OR without seeing anyone for 10 jumps. Only the station systems seemed to be populated, but I didnt check the const where the plex used to be.
Edit: And no, this wasn't my first trip to 0.0 ;)
