ooooook. I am very frustrated. I was able to log in just fine, with two characters, and start mining. JUST when I filled two jet cans, and was getting ready to haul, the game started acting "funy". So I started to pack it in, anticipating that the server was going to crash. Well, when I brought my drones in, they Dissapered from space, but did not reappear in my drone bay. They just VANISHED. Then I tried to dock, but both of my ships just sat there in space. SO I could not hop into my obelisk and haul my ore in either. So now, ive lost 10 scout drones, and 2 allmost full cans of ore, if I cant log in and get them within an hour. Assuming, of course, that one of those 17,000 players who ARE online, doesnt steal it first.

i play the game now since a long time ... i can only say after every patch there are some problems 
and now they are busy to make a hotfix for this patch and we can dl it soon stay tuned
just relax

There are ALWAYS issues after a patch or hardware upgrades! ALWAYS! Eve is gigantic, the code and the server farm, everything about Eve is gigantic! THERE WILL ALWAYS be issues after upgrades!

Rabble, rabble. You couldn't pick you the ore with your obby in the first place. If you are going to do a wind up try for accuracy.

Just came to the game at a friend's request ... I fail to understand what anyone sees in a game that's four years old and plays like a four-day-old MMO from 2001. In beta.
I should have known it was going to be like this after his first bit of advice: "First, turn off all sound, sound causes a 20-30fps drop." WHAT?
Is it seriously always this bad?

Guys... i know it is really enoying all the time crashes.... I am suggesting to CCP that they close eve for 3 days and work on ALL problems.
Microsoft, players,problems...we all know CCP is under big stres. Lets all give them 3 days free and in that time ... hope problems will be solved. I am bit bored to see people only complaning (including myself)... why we don't actualy help them and make situation less complicated. I really want to see CCP happy and players.
What do you think? ( I am asking CCP and players)

Yes, it is perfectly reasonable. Not that it's likely to be changed without some serious serious pain to force the change and then some serious pain to do the porting.
Besides, nobody pays full retail price for Oracle (although full retail for something Oracle to run EVE would probably be a bit more than $300k)

The database crashed due to a memory error in the SQL server because the Performance monitor and logging service did not want to start up after we changed config.
