Originally by: Wanoah Caldari State officials and capsuleer supporters of the State should note the rampant expansionism on display here. The Empire, already vastly bigger than any other civilisation, is greedy for territory and will use any means to get it while enslaving the local populations. An alliance with the Empire is an alliance with a snake: one day it is going to bite you on the ass.
In the light of this, I urge loyal Caldari patriots to reconsider their positions. It is only through a united front that the free capitalist societies of New Eden can check the dominance of the Amarrian Cartel. Amarr is bad for business!
What nonsense.
Our pacification of lawless territories formerly under the control of piratical entities and our protection of neutral civilians and corporations conducting honest business is an ENCOURAGEMENT to business rather than a threat to it.
The Caldari corporations are encouraged to invest in Providence and take advantage of its burgeoning markets and opportunities. Yes the space is not as secure as Concord controlled space (YET) but we are working on it and there are immense profits to be earned for those willing to get in early.
The Amarr Empire is not an enemy of trade, particularly when the tax revenues from such trade will help fund the reclamation.
You seem to have missed the point that capitalism, while available in Providence, is only available to those whom CVA choose to allow it to. This in itself is solid proof that true Capitalism cannot exist in providence under CVA rule.
Universal Army, for example, cannot take advantage of the stations and trade opportunities available in Providence, for we have not been deemed worthy.
This is the very definition of corruption.
You have been deemed pirates and/or Ushra'khan sympathisers, these are the only catagories which prevent station access in Providence.
