A number of server-side changes will be deployed on Thursday, 9 August during the normally scheduled maintenance period. No additional downtime will be needed for this deployment. These changes are made in an effort to increase performance and resolve lingering failover issues recently experienced by the EVE community on Tranquility.
The changes have been added to the Patch Notes for review. They are listed under the Revelations 2.1.1-2 heading.

What is two downtimes mean??

Wait... more girlfriend settings? I think you need to talk to your girfriend then.
Anyway, always good to see that issues are getting fixes, even in normal downtime :)
