Think about it, it isnt actually bad for the curse, in some cases it can acutally be an advantage, let me explain
Currently most people fit 4 nos 1 neut, and focus purley on using the nos to drain cap
However all the new patch will mean is that you will have to fit 3 neut and 2 nos, here is why
Presuming we are doing some solo pwning, we come across a smaller ship than ourselves:
Solution: Instantly drain it with neuts (that one was easy)
Now say we come across something of eqiuvilant size, say...a deimos which uses cap heavily
Presuming both of you caps are pretty much fresh, your going to start on an even playing field, and you also know that it is likley he is going to loose his cap much faster than you, so all you do is use the 3 neuts (with the drain bonus) to help increase the amount he is drained, and you can be pretty sure there will loose all of there cap before you do, and possible alot faster than with nos's
What about something that is much bigger than you? Well we can safely say that a battleship with 100% cap will have ALOT more cap than you, and so using neuts it is likley you will be drained dry before they are, thats when the 2 nos's come in handy...
As soon as you hit the 10-20% amount, just turn of the neuts and turn on the nos's, while activating a neut every time you start going back over the 20% mark
Once you have them down to 15-20% just let them burn out there cap on guns/tanking or if they are cap boosting simply keep the nos's and neuts running, providing you dont go below 20%
If they are passive and tanking you, then turn on the MWD and run lol, but what bs is a passive tanker???
I have done some working out and this process is actually alot quicker than using 5 nos, let me explain
With recon 5 you burn 720 of there cap every 12 seconds with tech 2 medium nos's
With recon 5 you burn 1800 of there cap every 12 seconds with tech 2 neut's at the cost of 675 cap every 12 seconds
With the right skills a curse can get 2 full rounds of neuting before hitting below 15% cap, thats 3600 of there cap gone and your still on 15%
If they are bs's then at this point start nossing
If there not then there cap has gone within just 24 seconds
