dude proly your char can fly dreads but cant use them in battle not even weppon upgrades 5 ,so you need more then components and skills to use those ships

Erm ... he cant fly carrier nor dreadnought.
He could if you would buy skill books and train him, but in that logic 2mil SP char can, if you train him and buy books.
Its a hauler / miner char that can PVP.
