well, of course getting into bob space is easy with a small ship with warp to zero.
anything larger then a HAC is asking to get ganked altough.
mission runners and ratters are actively hunted down as well so don't think about it.

Heh, sure doesnt seem like it, Ive been running around your space for awhile now in my geddon without any problem at all. Ive even taken the time to recalibrate my lasers on your station services. Im currently ratting in one of your systems as i write this post, havent seen a bobbit in hours. You sure you live down here?

There'll be a contract coming up soon where you can bid for it back. It'll be famous loot - worth a fortune. And you wouldn't want to suffer the humility of someone else claiming BOB property.

Lol, Me and some friends npced and ran missions there for weeks. We moved Battleships in from empire without trouble. The only ship ive lost so far in delve is a ranis, and that wasnt even to bob & co XD

Perhaps your quality control of pilot selection is slipping.
There were a few more smartbombs, a mighty large gun with what looked like twin barrels, but no sensor boosters to been seen.

he probably wasn't hunted down because he wasn't seen as a threat to anybody.
now if he could get a hundred similarly Mostly Harmless mates to all enter delve via different routes over a few days, then log off at some pre-determined spot, he'd have a pretty nifty logonski fleet on the go.

I wasn't hunted down as there wasn't anyone about. I am quite surprised at the emptiness of it all. I even had an offer to loot another BOB wreck on my way out, but my hold was full.
And from some of the above responses, I'm not the only one seeing the emptiness.

But the small mosquitos are not for nothing said to have supreme air control.
Many of us will never be bears, but we all can be little stingers
