1) Remove T2 BPO's. Seriously, make them go poof and give holders some isk to sadden the QQ
2) Re-roll all technetium moons. Just for lulz. Make them magically and randomly move somewhere.
3) Turn all of Deklein into -0.1 drone space.
4) GET RID OF VANGUARDS or do some uber dev changes.
5) Reply with better ideas. . . . .

You are quite new to that trolling thing, right?
Proposal:
Let Nexom charge japanese players more than 3000 Yen for the subscription. Japan is a rich country so they can afford it.
The subscritpion fee should always correlate with the GNP of the country the subscriber lives in, so that players living in poorer countries will be no longer penalized.
