How about this for a great ratting setup 
1x capital remote hull repair system
1x capital shield transporter
1x capital remote armor repair system
1x siege warfare link - shield efficiency
1x siege warfare link - shield harmonizing
1x siege warfare link - active shielding
1x information warfare link - electronic superiority
1x improved cloaking device
2x capital shield booster I
6x cap recharger
5x expanded cargohold II
Then you can have your "fleet" tank all the belt rats

I still think 200mm autocannons and rocket launchers is the way to go on leaviathan. and fit 1 civilian shield booster and lots of large shield extenders to give u more effective hp. Also u have to fit at least 4 bcs in lows to make the rockets effective.

Don't feel to bad I did the same thing at first. But now for the true god like tank here we are.
Tanking nearly 7000 dps passivly.
Tanking nearly 11000 dps when overloading the invulnerability fields,
Insanity at its finest.

I was wondering can you fit more then one Oblivion per Titan?
Since most missions have 3-5 gates you could actually DDD each level since all the rats are on grid. then you'd only need to AB over to the next gate and rise and repeat.
Even if you can only fit one DDD per ship, you could still blow off the DDD and then use the new capital tractor beams to pull loot in during the 10 minute cool down period, then jump the next gate and hit the i-win button.

Hope you lose your Leviathan, in a belt. Wonder how many people will anchor cans there mocking you for actually being in a belt with it, let alone ratting in it.
An ok job in a fleet battle? Well, seeing how it can completely decimate a non-Oblivion tanked fleet in matter of seconds, I'd say it does pretty damn good.
Oh and I may not be a Titan pilot, but that looks like the worst goddamn setup I've ever seen. Expanded Cargohold IIs? Wtf. And T1 DAMAGE CONTROL???!! WTF?!! LMFAO!!!

1. Titans can't activate jump gates afaik, and AB? That ain't going to do ****.
2. You going to pay approx 20mill or so worth of Isotopes just to kill a few rats?

thanks to EFT i was able to rework my ratting setup. it's to bad they aren't allowed to use the jump gates in missions, but i was thinking you could get a cyno buddy to help out. I also got rid of the stupid siege links in favor of more direct firepower. i got it up to 3400dps with using the DDD.
