Would something like this work, or will another tower be needed?
Tower 1 Harvester 1 (Raw 1) -> Silo 1
Tower 2 Harvester 2 (Raw 2) -> Silo 2
Tower 3 Silo 3 (Processed 1)_____ \ Harvester 1 (Raw 3) --> Med. Reactor --------> Reactor -> Silo 5 (Adv) Harvester 2 (Raw 4)../ \ \-> Silo 4 (Processed 2)
Tower 4 Silo 8 (Processed 2)___ \ Silo 6 (Raw 1) --> Med. Reactor --------------> Reactor -> Silo 10 (Adv) Silo 7 (Raw 2)../ \ \-> Silo 9 (Processed 1)

That should work afaik. You will be limited to Caldari towers for your 2 large POSes however, as only those towers have enough CPU to fit all that.

I should have been more clear. I did the math on the CPU usage already, and it sucks, but it can fit.
The part that I don't understand and can't test without spending a couple billion ISK is this: Each medium reactor produces 200 units per hour. The large reactors need 100 units of each to function. Can I set the medium reactor to put 100 units into the large reactor and have the other 100 go into the silo? Or do I need an output silo for each medium and then two input silos for the larges? How do coupling arrays fit into this mess? |

You should be able to mount silo between med reactor and reactor
med reactor -> silo -> reactor
that way exsess material remains in silo.

silo between the med reactor and normal reactor is the best way to solve this issue. CCP really should add a version of the coupling array that splits input into stacks to goto different locations. good portion of the code is already there. Sig removed as it lacks EVE-related content. Mail [email protected] if you have questions. -Hango

What you can do is put the output from the medium reactor through a coupling array and then link that to the Large reactor. That way You don't lose the extra 100 units you produce of the simple reaction and will have 2400 units after 24 hours. Only problem with that is unless you have a gallante tower it will only take 15 hours to fill up and you will start losing the excess if it's not emptied but a Gallante tower can go for 30 hours without emptying.
We use this method with towers that complment each i.e one tower makes too much of what the other needs as part of it's complex reaction and visa versa so can make a full run of the same advanced reaction on both towers 24 hours a day.
I'm not sure this is what you are asking from your diagram but hope it helps.

Just move your silos between the medium reactor and the reactor to accomplish what you want. You'd have to do it anyway since you can only have one output from a medium reactor
Out of curiosity why 4 towers? You could use one of your two mining towers to accomplish half of your reaction and reduce the number of towers you're using to 3. Harvester -> Medium Reactor works just as well as Silo -> Medium Reactor and takes up the same amount of CPU. --- Honest officer, the dwarf was on fire when I got here! We use this method with towers that complment each i.e one tower makes too much of what the other needs as part of it's complex reaction and visa versa so we empty the full coupling array between the medium reactor an Reactor of each tower and put the contents into the silo (we use coupling arrays to save CPU though) connected to the large reactor on each ones sister tower. This way we can make the full ammount of the same advanced reacton on both towers constantly.

How the hell do you run that setup? You must be CONSTANTLY changing the couple arrays, several times a day surely.

Read the actual paragraph at the top of the post he explains what he's doing with the coupling arrays med reaction produces 200 units per cycle @ 1m3 per unit, 4800 units a day, base capacity of coupling array is 4000m3 or 8000m3 on a gallente tower. Wouldn't both the harvester and the reactor go offline when you tried to empty the coupler?
Wouldn't you need: Harvester2->Coupler->Silo(Empty this)->Coupler->Reactor?
