Ok, so I got this shiny mail from CCP offering 15% discount on the cards and telling me that i don't have to pay for shipping if my order exceeds 50$...
The reality:
- The discount code doesn't work
- Every preorder item is shipped separate so only the big boxes are above 50$
- If I live outside of the US I even have to pay shipping costs for the big boxes exceeding 50$
==> If I want to buy cards and have them shipped to Germany for 120$ I have to pay 180$ shipping costs...

I didn't go all the way to the payment screen, when trying to order.
First, there were no 'blank' alternative for the region amongst the address fields. No region listed was appropriate for my country. Having a mysterious region in the address is most likely to confuse the postal system and delaying or inhibitning the delivery.
Second, my actual order was for roughly $80 and, as Ms Silvermist says, there was no discount offered. Quite the opposite. A charge of $181.something for sending with FedEx. I'm absolutely NOT going to pay that!
Third, I couldn't find any email address to send my complaints to. I might have gone blind after the above though. I was a bit...upset..

I would also like an update on the region and free shipping problem.
CCP and or white wolf?

WWs shipping policy states:

Customers in the continental U.S. whose non-preorder total is $50 or more receive the option for free shipping on their main order. This free shipping does not apply to any preorder items that the order might contain.
So they apparently only offer free shipping under the terms above. But that would mean that the wording in the newsletter is rather misleading...
I hope somebody from CCP will address our concerns.
PS: At least the discount code works now
