10 capitals is too many. Maybe 10 BS/BC hulls of some description, but when was the last time you saw 10 caps present when a MS got tackled?
I think there's definitely room for a new T2 BC based off the tier2 hulls that can be a 'superheavy' tackler, with a bubble launcher that only affects jump drives.
I'll agree that currently the risk/reward is a little too skewed towards the attacker right now, but we don't want to go back to the bad old days of invulnerable supercaps. If you don't want your shiny ships to die be more careful. There is no godmode, deal with that.

Guys, I've got it.
Jump drive scrambler bubbles, that ONLY work on jump drives. Supercaps have a +<number> warp core strength, so you need <number> points to stop it warping out of the bubble (this number should not be high, but should be >1).
I'm pretty sure that if the above changes already existed, the same number of supercaps would be dead, just the pilots would have less to complain about
Oh and also don't fly what you cannot afford to lose.

Everyone calm down already.
Much as people like to bash MC, Haffrage makes a valid point about modes of escape. How do you escape a bubble in a regular ship? You MWD out of it or you flee to a gate. What do you do in a capital or bigger? Frequently the answer is 'just die'.
This is why a separate set of disruptors/bubbles that work only on jump drives is a workable solution. Yes, you're still screwed if you're caught, BUT you will have been caught by a gang specifically tailored for capital hunting, trading off a degree of effectiveness in conventional warfare for doing so.
Add in the requirement to somehow scramble BOTH drives to stop the prey escaping and the job gets harder, not by a lot, but I suspect by enough.
The additional benefit of anti-jump bubbles is that they can be useable in lowsec without breaking things, so the days of lowsec MS camping with impunity should be numbered.
