well was just doing some missioning and i though that i would bring this up.
the most annoying NPC in the entire game:
without DOUBT:
Dire pithi saboteur.
it's a frigate with around 27k bounty that can jam as well as the scorpion npc's and they come in packs of 3-8 if there is 8 of them well.. you might as well just wait untill your drones have killed them... which can take its time when your perma jamemd...
that is why it is annoying.
the reason i am bringing it up is:
"have you ever tryid to make a ecm frigate?. i have, and it is almost impossible to do with any effect."
so what npc do you find the most annoying and stupidly made?

them nooby npc's in noob ships I mean which real organisation would send there pilots out in them, a serpentis flying a velator is a joke.

Most definately the ridiculously tiny rogue drones fit with the most powerful webbers that can be packed into a machine the size of a bumblebee which swarm and web me while evading T2 light drones
haha, but am i bitter?

Any rogue drones, especially the ones you find when you are complex hunting in delve. I go 70+ jumps to find that 90% of the encounter sites are still ****ty drones

The mercinary fighters with light missles that do 120 damage. I cant imagine the damage they do taking away armor resists.

Actually a griffin makes a pretty decent ecm boat :P
Dire guristas cruisers in carca form used to be horrible when I played with them way back then. They had an insane tank, and jammed you every time you got a volley off :/

COSMOS rats.. The *Snip* seem to have like 97% resist to all and 3x damage mods.. Took my Drake into one plex with about 10 Guristas BS and thought "Meh.. I tank way more than this in a level 4 mission".. Needless to say aggroed them all and almost lost the ship before I could fumble for the warp button as my shields evaporated faster than morning mist at sunrise.. 
(I have since reworked the tank and have no problems.. But Damn what a suprise..  )

This NPC i ran into in a deadspace sector i scanned out called "The Sentinal". I pretty much cleared EVERY NPC from EVERY stage up until that. I even managed to tank the sentinal for a while but i just couldn't break the thing's tank. It had an armor & shield repair rate of maybe 30 seconds.
After every salvo a little bit of damage would bleed through the shields into armor, every time i made a decent dent in the armor i would have to reload and the thing would be back up to full again.
AGHHH, finally after wasting about 1000 torps i ran out of amo.

Those NPC's that fly ravens in 0.0 and kill all the other NPC's, whose AI can't even speak english properly.
oh wait, those are farmers

I played a level three mission once that involved a group of about 18 kestrels armed with rocket launchers. "No problem!" I thought as I confidently strode into the group in my handy battlecruiser.
I strode back out about thirty seconds later in hull.

none of them actually. jamming frigs? shoot them down in one volley, even with FoF. the rest just fly after you dumbly in a straight line (even if that line goes through 9 veld roids the size of a station each) and fire, pew pew pew and run their rep/shield boost endlessles.. The NPC AI is a joke, where is the NPC that run from system to system, hunt you down and interact intelligently? where is the NPC that call in help when it 'understands' it can't run or break your tank. scramming inti's in belts? so you think the npc AI is challenging and very much excitement on a saturday night? good for you, i prefer a challansje ;) i want 'officer' rats that fly after you, even if it's to another system, hunt you down and keel you hard, even pod you. why not? get the carebears out of lowsec/0.0 and into jita where they belongeded a long time ago

Ascendant Frontier? They received dev help, you know. Very evil people. Unfortunately they have some of the highest-SP industrialists in the game, which makes it very difficult for the rest of us to out-mine them. We've slowly been grinding their ore down, thank god.
The veldspar though...oh the veldspar. Belts annihilated in seconds, lag so bad the asteroids moved out of range before we could even activate our strip miners. The horrors of war.

And they mwd fast as hell, they start webbing when they are at like 20km range. However I find no issue dusting them, I just wait until they orbit me because then they dont drive faster than 400ms
You could always get better drone skills though, I heard mining drones arent very good at killing rouge drones

Worlds Collide NPCs. I enter the second room, kill 2 NPCs. Suddenly I'm surrounded by 10 NPCs missle spamming the crap out of me. Vaporising my shields and armour.
