im the same person from before i didnt give away my character 
yesterday was a boring roaming to look for pirates had some fights but no blinky mails :( either i cross jumped pirates :( or they dock or 3 domis with 6 remote reps each lol. and rancer was a bit too busy for me to jump in and go leroy jinkins on them.
i got some Russian guy in a drake whos pirating and he did say something to me in Russian in local i think he was cussing at me though not sure lol

Hmm Heimatar used to be good but tbh it's crap lately, though you can usually get a fight if you're alone in amamake... Also, there are quite often 4 ish man camps in Kourmonen by the muffins, sounds like just your thing =)
Also, Egghelende SOMETIMES has action... as does siseide.
Gusandall/Eifer used to be good but tbh all the prats moved out... Katugumur has some mean corp but they don't fight all that much...
Not been to placid or anywhere out of heim space other than sinq much lately tbh

And btw don't take a gang to rancer, we tried that today and when our gang of 12-13 mixed cruiser-bs jumped their mostly BS/BC gatecamp of 12, they docked and started saying 'blob' over and over in local... and I mean like 40 or 45 times. 
Piracy has deteriorated since you left imo, at least in the areas where I hunt. Where before our roaming gangs would get 5-10 kills per night we have been strapped to find ANY kills...

i fought a hyperion and a Typhoon in Amamke but they docked when i started engaging them.
should have went for typhoon first easier to go down. hyp had dual rep but tank was going down but enough time for him to dock when he just hit hull.

I used to be in maut/alperina. and remeber it was a funny localtion to be pirat in.
As the local antipirats was more than willing to fight back:)
before that I was mostly in derelik,but Im not sure how its now...and i might encounter a nyx from the establisment.
atm in skarkon...and ever antipirat can feel free to join in the party as our station(only one in the system) got lots of spaceship parking slots and free beer to everyione saying "yarr" in local.

Ummm.. let me see..
You can never go wrong in the usual places; Rancer, Amamake, and Skarkon  . But I always like the Oulley area, and the Taisy area. Plenty to shoot at.

Amamake and Egghelende are the only true pirate havens. Although recently, since we went anti-pirate, Pirate activity has dropped a bit in Egg. (I doubt it's any of our doing, but hey, maybe it is. :p)
