Doc Drudge	Posted - 2007.08.17 15:51:00 - [2] If you are talking about low-sec pirates then many seem to live in low-sec around the minmatar region metropolis which has a very large amount of low-sec and connects to low-sec and 0.0 all overe the galalxy and also has numerous connections to high sec. If you are talking about high-sec pirates (suicide gankers, can flippers, etc) just look in the area and paths to hubs, particularly Jita, Ourserlert and Rens.

trivit Caldari Shadow Command	Posted - 2007.08.17 18:30:00 - [15] I do not pirate, but I can give you some nitty gritty on Placid as I travel the region a lot. My spelling will likely be incorrect, I'm sorry. Osmeden is a low sec hub within the Placid region, anything within a jump or two of it is usually retains some population as well. If you catch Oulley (high/low sec bottleneck) at the right time you can usually bust up a nice gate camp. This system is also very busy. There are a couple others within Placid that remain busy, if you print out a 2D map of Placid they will jump out at you as hubs and bottlenecks. I think 90% of this region is low sec. Dour and Pelille are home to a couple nice pirate corps that pack a respectable punch (experience speaking). Good luck!!!

And I had forgot all about Mout. Mout is a riot!!! I run over there to get some POS fuel and hop of the station to see a dread.... DOH!!! Nearly everyone I info there is a negative 9 sec status or better (worse).

Also, there are quite often 4 ish man camps in Kourmonen by the muffins, sounds like just your thing =) Also, Egghelende SOMETIMES has action... as does siseide. Gusandall/Eifer used to be good but tbh all the prats moved out... Katugumur has some mean corp but they don't fight all that much... Piracy has deteriorated since you left imo, at least in the areas where I hunt. Where before our roaming gangs would get 5-10 kills per night we have been strapped to find ANY kills...
