Capacitor Recharge Rate Bonus: 13.075 %
Power Grid Bonus: 7.875 %
Capacitor Bonus: 5.25 %
So lets start:
Starting Bid: 900 Million ISK
Bid Increase: 50 Million ISK
Buy-Out: 1.5 Billion ISK
End Date: Friday 24th August - 19:00 EVE Time.

No, If no one has bidded on the PDU after the auction time is over, then it ends 24hrs after someone bids.
