Cancel your account. Im not being sarcastic. There are 2 reasons for this.
1) If you dont have the patience for these DT's then you are really gonna hate ccp and eve.
2) Money is the only thing ccp understands. If ppl keep playing and putting up with this crap then ccp is not gonna care. Start canceling accounts by the the thousands and i garuntee this problem will be fixed yesterday.
Its just that simple.

I agree, but when the servers dont instapop, EVE can actually be fun..

Hmm.. I rly dont have the patience for these DT's, then maybe I wont like CCP much in the future.
Don't we all pay a lot of money to keep things working? Is there any other online game more expensive than eve?
None of this DT "problems" makes sense to me.

When the server is down at all (including standard downtimes)the meter should be put on hold.
That way we arnt paying for nothing. That way people don't whine on forums, regardless of whether the complaint is legitimate or not. End result: everyone is happy.

They use MS SQL, the oracle dudes are just gonna go "Install Oracle, and walk away.. LOL"
But yar, if you have a problem with downtime - STOP playing eve. Quit whining.
