He had 3 gyros on that shield Mach. An armor Mach with standard 4 slot tank also has 3 gyros. 3 TEs gets moved to mid as 3 scripted TCs. 2 mids left for ab and cap booster. Rep armor fitting (no plate/trimark) don't gimp speed, not that it matters much in pve anyway. Armor affords you better EM resistance and cap.

At short range, switch script for big 30% tracking bonus.
