At the request of several people (some of them currently shooting at me!) for an official thread that won't get locked...
Ragnar÷k ("fate of the gods") is the battle at the end of the world. Not only will most of the gods, giants and creatures involved perish in this apocalyptic conflagration, but almost everything in the universe will be torn asunder.
In Norse mythology, the Gjallarhorn ("ringing horn") is the horn with which the gatekeeper god, Heimdallr, announces Ragnar÷k.
Ragnarok Titan confirmed.
Name is "Armageddon Dawn".
First DD in 49-U6U claimed 119 mails including 33 BS, 21 HACs & 11 'dictors
Thulsa sends his regards.

From what we can tell, AAA fleet jumped in and warped to cover the IAC fleet jumping in. Our titan managed to warp in right as both fleets were on the gate.

Originally by: Thundirr Excellent report.
Thundirr, thank you for giving us such a detailed look at your side of things. I wish I could do the same but we had three separate ops running at once and I've not had time to consolidate all the info yet. What I can say is that the lag and chaos was mirrored on our side as well for the first several minutes. Thulsa was pretty sure he got but and it was a very tense time (nearly ten minutes) waiting for confirmation that he did.
The support pilots warping back in to the 4-0 gate took forever to load and the first ones that did were mightily confused with all the wreckage. Then the IAC Nyx appeared on the field and due to a combination of lag and bad comms, we missed keeping him bubbled for very long.
Your timeline is pretty accurate for us as well. It took nearly half an hour for the system to return to anything resembling normal and that's when some of the smaller skirmishes took place.
While many are doubtlessly entertained by the Tinfoil Hat Brigade, let me defuse the nonsense:
Morsus Mihi didn't build it (coolest theory so far!). BoB didn't build it. Orange Species ship is still floating around somewhere. We didn't buy it.
MC built it. Neurotic Cat, Squagel, Max Teranous and a small core of other members deserve most of the credit, but the MC as a whole made it happen.
Barely a dozen people even knew about the titan's existence (in build or otherwise) prior to last night. I'm glad it's out in the open now so I can get these damn indys out of my Nyx and make someone else do the logistics.
