This. I think ED are blue to both Goonswarm and RA, but The Establishment has shot and continues to shoot us, so there's no conflict of interests here. If EST wanted to be set blue because they were working with our allies they should have contacted the diplomats of xDEATHx and RA, they didn't so they lost their mothership. There was no backstabbing.

The fact of the matter is: you decided to move stuff around Russian space while being openly hostile to them and you got burnt because of it. I couldn't care less about your relationship with ED and what it entailed. They decided to hire you without talking to us about it and they also got burnt. Either you or ED should have discussed this with the Russian diplomats, you can't blame them for shooting the freighters and motherships of a known pirate alliance that has openly engaged them. You also can't blame them for ignoring you when you tried to stop it, especially after the whole Curse Alliance fiasco with bitter ex-V members hiding under their protection.
That said, The Establishment is probably the only decent pirate corp around and I hope you replace the mothership quickly because at least you know how use it properly.
