Lined up on this guy ijn a 0.8 system from 120 km away so he had a loooong time to notice I was in the area and as I had tried to hunt him down in this same system the night before he should have known it would not be safe to AFK mine using his Indy - hehe. I was armed only with 4 cheap ML-12 missile launchers and no other modules in case the COncords chose to respond. As soon as I was within 20 km I targeted my prey and launched all 4 cruise missiles at nearly the same time. I adjusted my camera so I could "look at" my prey as the missiles hit - the first 2 hit and his Indy rocked a bit from side to side; then the next 2 missiles came rollin' in and blamo his Indy lurhced and then turned to dust. I quickly looked around to see if the Concords were on me yet but they were not so I wapred off to a local moon then another moon then logged off and logged an alt... Man this was fun ! 
I later saw this guy in a Shuttle in this same system... guess he wanted to look around in an even easier to kill ship - lol !
The moral of this story is... PvP can mean the end of your Indy even in high-sec space... and FK mining in an Indy can be hazzardous to your health - hehe.

Exploit my arse ! It ain't possible to exploit in a ship that's only able to go 300 m/s with NO modules other than missile launchers - lol !
If them lame Concord dolts can't catch me and gank me then that's just tuff !
CCP should do away with COncord cops and just make the offender blow-up on the spot if the result is supposed to be the offender's ship is to be destroyed. I did see some cops about 13 km away but I didn't see any reason to stop and wait to be ganked just cuz there were some cops on the way. No self disrespecting criminal would hang around and wait for the cops - they wanna catch me then they gotta catch me !

Jack dude, does it cross your mind you are cheating when you warp to the planet and log off and log into an alt? Why would you do that, i guess you dont want to be fired back at. You know you are reinforcing the beliefs lots of people hold about pirate players being massive cowards...

IF EVE is so freaking LAME in how it enforces the rules that I have to wait for the Concords to catch me just so the game won't LET me get away with committing a crime then EVE IS NOT PLAYABLE and we should all dock our ships and wait for CCP to finish the game so it can be played. !
The other wrinkle is that my corp had declared war on the corp Draeven was in - he bailed on that corp into an NPC corp and I killed his Indy at a time when he was in an NPC corp. Perhaps the slow response from the Concords was a BUG - perhaps not ! I could care less !
Sounds to me like EVE is barely playable and we should all either dock our ships and find a more playable game or let the silly game enforce its own rules as IT sees fit. Sometimes criminals get away - that's life !

I will pirate and commit crimes in EVE when and where I please ! Even more so now that so many people have been annoyed with my apparent good luck in not losing my insured ship to those LAME drunken COncord slugs... I mean who cares if a Kestrel that was fitted for a suicide mission gets blown-up during the suicide mission anyway - on the other hand, why sit around to get blown-up if ya don't have to. - lol

i think to stop little 1 year olds like you from logging off after you kill someone just because your too ***** enough to fight or even run from the cops they should add a timer to your log off. if anyone else here has played anarchy online or neocron there is a 30 second log off timer, and if you are in a fight in anarchy it wont even let you log off. i think this would be a nice addition to the game to stop people from doing this kind of stuff

i wonder what you gained? you say its good luck not to have been blownup but what the heck was the profit? if you had looted him you could perhaps call it a "success" but just blowing an afk ship up isnt really something to be proud off

congratulations, you have killed a 5day old newbie. But before you pat yourself on the back, lets list some facts
1) I was in a Level 1 industrial ship with no other things on besides an expander to the cargo hold
2) I was mining Veldspar(i think that's what you call them. Don't spend all the loot in one place.
3) I was at the keyboard and note how i warped my pod to the station and cameback right away? I was hoping to get those expanders, but oh well.
4) We were on a .8 system, so i was pretty relax.
5) Reason I left that previous corp was because they were at war with your corp. I'm not a fighter. I have no skills in fighting/weapons. I can't be expected to kill other PC.
I understand that there are hardcore pirates out there and they prevent you from hunting in .4 system or lower. But coming here to claim you killed a newbie...and with no danger to yourself(or even any skill involved.) You must desperately crave attention.
If you're trying to make a name for yourself, this would not be the best route. Unless the reputation you seek is that 'i'm too scared to venture into .4 system where PC fights back.' I have no problem being killed(thank you insurance) but for you to come out here and brag about it. I hope you're new to the game too, because i can only hope that blowing up unarmed, lone industrial ships are not big accomplishments in game.
