After being podded by forsaken empire today, i made my way north beyond torrinos, where i came across some people from the pheonix alliance. Now i was under the impression that they were not a pirating organisation, but after i asked where i could find some good NPC spawns, they told me, "planet 5 has some low level cruiser spawns"
So off i went to planet 5, looking for some Osprey NPCs.
When i arrived, i was instead greeted by a Raven, a Scorpion, an Apocalypse and a Backbird.
This is the message i received when my clone woke up.

by what i have seen of the phoenix alliance i didnt think they were pirates but it seems u must have cought them on a bad day, also u know that going in there close range isnt such a good idea, always go at 60 if u wanna go hunting, npc or not, gives u a chance to see what ur up against and if u have a chance, sry for ur loss dude

I believe I was flying up to torrinos and twice you targeted my hauler at a gate, and then made some lame comment "You're dead arima"... Perhaps, you got a little of your own medicine....

, a less lengthy kos list, targets that can actually fire back, targets that know exploits and make use of them (not saying all do, but some do as I've personally witnessed,) targets that have skads of backup most of the time...

- They claim space that they don't own.
- You have to make deals with them to get into their "space". Basically you have to pay protection money to get access but no protection.
- They move out of their "space" and terrorize system that they don't claim.
What can you expect from them. I say, don't trust anyone.

travel in claimed areas can be a god reason to get killed theses days iin eve universe... but some pilots have to stress their stupidy in the fromus in whining on it

Our corp is in the phoenix alliance.
Phoenix alliance has closed territory from umi-kk upwards.
They will kos anyone not entitled to be there.
There is a blockade at umi-kk that warns people about this- they dont just kill everyone, they explain the position first. People are given an option to leave, for no cost, before they are fired upon, if they persist to try and enter. This is well publicised.
PA also hunt pirates in pure blind between umi-kk to torrinos and around the area.
This is of benefit not only to them, but to other corps that frequent that area (a sort of public service).
Pure blind is home to numerous pirate corps and ec-p8r is a hotspot.
You may well have been fired upon due to your subtle name. And i dont blame the people who fired on you.
I mean "evil pirate" is kind of unfortunate name if your not.
There was another player called ebil pirate who was also a pirate, you may have been mistaken for them.
Our corp is anti-pirate and we would not have joined this alliance if they were pirates.
Havocide and others will say we are pirates to turn people against us. The alliance is made up of friendly people who hunt pirates all the time. If you dont believe me then join us in pure blind and see us in action (give us warning first).
Sometimes people do get killed by mistake when we think they are pirate spies. Pirates do use a lot of spies to see where we are.
Anyone who is killed my mistake should contact Halseth Durn or Tankuk (not to be mistaken with "gankceo" the real pirate tankceo) to have there grievances addressed.
We are friendly people - honest :)

don't get me wrong I love nor hate the PA. However those criteria are not one's for pirates. The PA warned people to stay away which is fair enough. Would the FE warn people of where they are at? I think not nough said.
I only reply because I hate when people spam utter bs in posts.

I think the PA was just mentally freed from the bondage of Jerichos mind control and are now lashing out at whom ever is not one of them. So are they pirates? Arent we all. At this point PA and FE really have no reason to fight, we just do it cause its fun and now the PA are allowed to come and play, with out mother(Jade Constantine), pulling them back into the house to do there homework and brush there teeth.
Pretty much EVERY alliance save CFS, can in one form or another be called pirates. Its just FE admits to it. as far as KIAInkz and his sexual foreplay....I personally dont wanna know...But yes PA is a pirate organization in one form or another.
So in reply to the above post what ever happened and how it happened I dont doubt it happened.

I have to say i have alot of dealing with some of the PA, and in particular CDI corp.
I have not found any of their actions to be pirate in nature and our corp is on quite friendly terms with them.
Even one time my corp and a incident where one of our corp members opened fire, "He had itchy trigger finger" well the missiles flew and even then a cease fire following seconds later when it was realised that the altercation was a mistake .
What can I say not the actions of pirates!
But thats my views, and as always i'm entitled to them. 
and on a side note with a name "evil pirate" what did you expect. ec-p8r was controlled for tooo long by pirates, and now it aint!

I will not speak against PA, as I an familiar with Oberon and am friends with Halseth. I know little of the rest of the corps in PA except Oberon, and maybe ORC, and Oberon is most certainly on the up and up. Your statement above does sound very piratish however and does not sound like a 'good guy' alliance.

2. Anyone dumb enough to name their character "evil pirate" deserves a good smack-down from the good guys AND real pirates. (BTW, he was threatening people in PB all day)
3. We have never asked anyone for even 1ISK for access or exit from Venal. Venal is simply "closed" to non PA. However, we do make exceptions if asked first with reasonable requests.
4. CDI are my next door neighbors. And allthough a little rowdy, they are def NOT pirates. |

I mean c'mon, just think about it. What would make more sense then the 3 most hated alliances teaming up to lay waste to the people they all hate anyways? CA is already allied with PA, and TPS lies between the two alliances. Natural allies to be sure. But it's not just that, all but PA (and even some of them) have adopted a "stfu and die, or come and fight us, we don't give a **** what you think or do" philosophy, as well as a PvP Kill everyone not friend kind of mentality. These are the people in eve that kill or convert, the ones dedicated to the death of others, because history, circumstance, and the rest of eve have driven then to do so (except TPS, who are just cool ass pirates ). |
