The first one may have put me off AvP for life. I can barely bring myself to play the game anymore without being overcome with "God this sucks!". And the games are really good- the film has just infected them

AvP 1 was one of teh worst movies of all time and destroyed 2 great movie franchises now you people are gonna go see its bastard offspring? =/
Save your dam money people only an idiot would go see that movie, its going to be TERRIBLE so lets not give them any reason to even THINK about doing a 3rd one!
I think people are hoping that AvP2 will redeem itself, bringing the series' back to their original glory. If AvP1 was the last movie ever in the franchise, that'd be one hell of a low note to end on.
But if AvP2 is crap, I think that'll be the last nail in the coffin for both series', and that'll mean not even the most forlorn hope of a third Alien versus Predator computer game (AND ME WANTY SO BAD!!!!!)

Their writting the script of Alien 6 atm.. hope its good, what storyline would you like to see? id like to see them finally reach earth and have some massive battles with coloinel marines!
If they did that, it'd blatantly just turn in to Aliens In New York...
