That was, until 2 weeks ago, the noobest thing I did... However 2 weeks ago I finished training a highly anticipated skill "Skirmish Warfare Link Specialist"... Then looked at the implant you can use with it and I still couldnt use it, I'm like what the ....
Turned out I trained "Warfare Link Specialist" instead of "Skirmish Warfare Link Specialist" to level 5...

I lost a Brutix to a Lvl 2 mission once. Forgot to turn on my hardeners and was channel surfing at the same time. Turned back around and I was floating in a pod.
Was in lowsec in my Ishtar looking for some random PvP one time. There was nothing going on in the system I was in, so I jumped to the next one over. Came out of the jump with a Drake sitting on the gate right in front of me. I clicked "Yes" to the "Are you sure?" warning from CONCORD. Turns out I had jumped into highsec without realizing it. The Drake pilot made off with about 20 mil in t2 gear.

Had my security status lowered to -2.1 something and flew my raven into a 1.0 system. 15 minutes of desperate 5m/s back to the gate till i popped.

Left a brand new megathron ( back then a big deal to afford ) afk in a belt.... 2 tiny little serpentis rats took 15 minutes to blow me up.... It was shield tanked ( back then the only tanking available ) and apparently after 5 minutes modules stop working if you go afk...

When I was a total newb, wanted to see what this 'lowsec' was like. Autopiloted through in a velator. boom. Managed to save my pod at least though.

one week old i got a mission sending me to low sec.
i jump in in my new rifter i was so proud of only to get ganked by pirats.
got ****ed of and decided to make them pay 
fitted a new rifter and jumped back in just to get blown up again

Not limited to this but:
I sold a faction gun for a negative amount of isk - 5M or so. I only had 2+ years of experience and still fell for this scam *G*
Escrowed about 20M worth of ore to a corp mate - but wrote his name in the description instead. The ore was of course snatched by someone, before I could react.
Redistributed my attributes after two weeks - but they are still awful (although not nearly as much).
Accidentally trained amarr frigate, FOF missiles and some other crap.
Waited about a year to move to 0.0
Trained refining 4 and advanced refine (?) 4 to get 97.85% refine... What a silly thing to do for a fighter.
Probably a lot more I don't recall right now :)

Spent 2 hours blowing up a stargate in a L1 mission in my kestrel (think i warped out twice for more ammo) because, you know, in OTHER games if it takes a long time to kill it must be really really worth it right ??
Oh and ~10 minutes into the game i targetted some other newbs during the tutorial mission complex because i thought they were my NPC targets(had that list over right minimised), and being newbs themselves they thought they were supposed to shoot the blinky yellow thing XD

Still doing noobish mess.
But absurdest of all, trained missile rigs to 3 in skills ... as gallente ... thinking I could fire missiles from 'em. Lets just chalk that up on the "don't do that again" board.
