Researching King Time Cube Capital Ships Zzz	Posted - 2007.08.27 08:32:00 - [1] Hi guys, just a quick point of contact. Now firstly, Researching King is an alt of Ricdic and the new CEO of TCCS. Erfnam had RL take priority and needed to tend to it so he contacted me asking if I can handle TCCS. Now, Erfnam and I have been fairly trusting of each other, as I had him run C-R-A back when I also had RL take over (start of 2007). Anyway, it can be tough coming into a new position, understanding the books, asset value, share value, NAV and the likes, plus I wanted to ensure I could do the job successfully. Basically when Erfnam passed ownership to me he asked if I could either run the corporation, or liquidate if I didn't have time. I decided to give running it a shot, as capital production was something I was intrigued by. So here we are. I have been running TCCS for approximately 3-4 weeks thus far, hammering out capital ship and component construction like no tomorrow. Anyway, TCCS has 10,000,000 shares in total in the corporation. Of those shares, 2,548,000 are owned by the corporation. The remaining 7,452,000 shares are owned by the public. The IPO price of these shares was 2000 isk per share. So, lets talk about assets on hand, with the purported 14.9b isk we should have. (approx 8% increase added to cover value on researched goods) 1 Thanatos BPO researched = 1.3b 2 Obelisk BPO researched = 4b 1 Charon BPO researched = 2b 1 Capital Cargo Bay BPO researched = 1b 1 Capital Construction Parts BPO researched = 1.1b 1 Capital Armor Plates BPO researched = 1.3b 1 Capital Propulsion Engine BPO researched = 1.3b Minerals on hand = 622m value Components on hand or in production = 1.07b value Ships on hand or in production = 1.74b value Cash on hand = 1.44b isk Shares on hand = 150m isk (excluding TCCS shares on hand) Total Value = 17.022b. Now, it doesn't stop there. Since taking over TCCS, I have purchased 2 new bpo's. These are: Capital Cargo Bay BPO researched = 1.1b Capital Construction Parts BPO researched = 1.1b In doing so, TCCS has a one month loan agreement with BMBE for a sum of 800 million isk. Existing capital was available to fund most of the expansion. Therefore, after removing debt and adding on new purchases, the TCCS Nav comes to 18.42b isk. As can be seen, close to 4b has been garnished from growth and NAV increase periods that Erfnam was allowing for. This brings the share value to approximately 2,471 isk per share. TCCS is interested in selling it's remaining shares (2,548,000) at a price of 2,400 isk per share. Now, a change that will be made, is that dividends will be posted monthly, however every third month TCCS will retain dividends to increase NAV. Prior to my taking ownership of TCCS, generally NAV was increased either through the shares held by the corporation, or through forfeiting dividends here and there. This has been successful as the corporate value has grown significantly but it adds complexity to shareholders trying to determine profits off their investments. I hope this is all pretty clear, I am still learning the ropes in TCCS but I see a large ability to profit from finalising these share sales, especially due to the success TCCS has had over these past few weeks. We now have a full time mineral supplier as well as a person reselling all TCCS ships built. Also due to the fact that the extra component bpo's were purchased, it means all TCCS construction is now done in house which cuts costs significantly and increases profit margins on every component. The sale of final shares will cover the purchase of 2 new ship bpo's and 2 new component bpo's to cover the increased demand that will ensue. So to finalise for those who don't want to read my great wall of text. * 2,548,000 shares available * 2,400 isk per share * Preferably only buy in blocks of 5000+ (12m per block) * Dividends will be monthly with one dividend forfeited every 3 months to allow for growth and increase of NAV. * Please send funds to Researching King Thank you for your time

However, if growth works as planned, the dividend would incrementally increase with an extra 360m per quarter in dividends. A slight impact, in that LaVista is the one handling the Thanatos production in low-sec (as mentioned above). He pays a set fee every month and I believe his shareholders get some decent profits off his hard production work without the requirement of capital. He can jump in and explain that part a litle bit. But just like with the rest of CAP4U the thanatos is locked down in production system already, and only I or C-R-A shareholders can change that. The horse is out of the barn now though I guess. The share price was calculated based off the new NAV. It is a little lower, but simply put, TCCS shares wouldn't have sold if placed higher. The corporation just hasn't had consistent enough results to interest the general public. Don't let it worry you too much. TCCS is about to jump on the wave, and existing shareholders will benefit from the higher ROI (due to cheaper buyin costs), but have a profitable and resellable stake in TCCS which wasn't quite as obtainable prior to my posting.

Have you investigated the potential impact of a further price slide? I've seen carriers going for as little privately as 650mil... Which is a pitance and I imagine not far above cost. I'm not sure the market is right for capital production atm, but that said I hold a small stake in TCCS and i'll happily increase this.

But the contacts and areas of focus I have found are high demand markets. I have resellers paying a very nice price (profitable for both parties), and my price evaluations above were assuming the price per ship drops by 50m. Sure, it could drop further, but worst case scenario, profits dry up, and investors get a nice amount of cash back due to the increased NAV Need Empire Research Slots. Click here

Researching King Time Cube Capital Ships Zzz	Posted - 2007.08.29 21:05:00 - [59] All gone mate. A few people in-game dug in as well. Now, time to start making you guys some iskies. Just a quick deviation I should mention. The plan was to buy 2 ship bpo's, but the ones I wanted at ME2 were selling at 1b above npc price, which I refused to pay, so I have purchased them (1 atm) and am researching them through the Zzz Researching facility (that I also own ofc). This means for the next 2 months, it will be a slightly lower dividend, but I believe it was a far better decision than spending an extra total of 2 billion isk on these bpo's. Assuming profit per ship, it would take 5 ships per bpo to make back that extra cost, or about 2 months worth of profits anyway. (with more capital required) So, with the extra component bpo's (already purchased) they will get a decent stockpile up, so we can move forward. One ship finished production today, and it was the first to go towards next month dividends (ie 1st of October), so we are looking at a good month. Thanks for your time.
