Looking for a higher sp non capital pilot, gal. is prefered, will look at minmatar though. command ships would be a huge factor I'd be looking into, also have about. Post what you got.

That is with a set of +3's, one jump clone located where his research agent is. Scattered assets, nothing worth to much. Oh and sec status is -8.6, yea I played ebil piwate for a while, then just hanged around in 0.0 where sec didnt matter.

Would you be interested in a 22.7m SP HAC/CS Caldari pilot with almost maxed missile and enginnering skills?
He has a sec rating of -6.9 but dont let that put you off as he can get it up in a few days thanks to his agents, and ratting talent.
I can chuck in a fitted drake, cerb, and even nightawk as part of the deal. He is a great mission runner as well as pvper.

He can use tech ii torps, heavy missiles, and HAMs, aswell as all the tech ii essential caldari fittings.
He is not far off being able to do blood missions as he only requires one more friendly storyline to increase his faction standing. Otherwise if you prefer normal missions he has a 7.78 standing with caldari, and therefore can do highest ranked lvl 4 missions.
He has maxed learning skills and is nicely speced for a carrier, as has the important support skills trained. The rest will train alot quicker than your average character, thanks to his learning. I can also chuck in a set of +4 if requested.

-Comes with 2 +3 sets of implants with speed hardwirings adn other with med blaster and tanks hard wirings.
-Can use full t2 armour tank + rigs
-part trained Gallante BS 5
-close to Large T2 guns
-nice drone skills
-good dampning skills (can use T2 damps + recon 4
-t2 large guns in 5 days
-comes with some eris's sabres and maybe some inties
