Once upon a time...
Roughly 3-4 weeks ago, EVOL sent a scout to Venal. The scout was questioned as to why he was there. The answer was simple, we wanted to check out the loot and ores.
After this, we were approached by the PA, and, they granted us a pass to use freely for mining/hunting.
We sent a "1-man army", i.e, 1 guy with lots of accounts, to scout, and prepare for us. He stayed for about a week, activly.
Last night, we decided to start moving up a small force to Venal, to be able to start our ops there. 2 of our directors went ahead of the rest.
As they are about to enter into H-PA29, they get blockaded *and* attacked. PA were told several times, that if they did engage, we would come back guns blazing. PA engaged.
PA granted us a pass to come and go in venal, if this is the way they honor the pass.....
I'm sorry PA, but you have really made a bo-bo of this one.

hey PA now u get a chance to see Shrike die alot...hehe...anyway, yeah bad move guys - EVOl kinda killed the original VA, and honestly, militaristicly you are far from that and EVOL are as strong as ever...

The "PA member" who got attacked, was, from Infinity corp, in Crielere, around lootcans. Has *nothing* to do with the PA whatsoever.
But sure, use that as your excuse.

Just face facts all you had to do was tell the PA what you where doing, but all you did was choose to ignore the warnings and carry on. Was it seriously that hard to contact them? seriously.

Man this must really be a hard concept.. i know a fair few people are having problems with it so i'll try to go slow.
A one, 1, ONE, o-n-e, 3-2 = 1 week pass was given for you guys to enter venal. As you said this was three to four weeks ago. Now this may be where you're having trouble.. that pass ended, shock horror !!! after a week. Feel free to speak to me later if you're still unable to grasp the concept of a week only lasting seven days. It's hard i know but you'll get there eventually.

Thats written in the stars. For us its simple, we go where we want to, if we have friends around where we go, we give prior warnings.
We don't really ask around for passes, permissions, in this case, we got one, and this whole mess seems to come from Mixmaster and Infinitycorp who is p*ssed off at us for blowing up a lootstealer in Crielere.
So in response, they take potshots at 2 of our directors who are using a pass given.
Regardless, our answer will be coming from my tachyons.

If a PA member was shot in Crielere doing the dirty with Evols hard earned loot cans, how can his alliance then renege a pass given honestly through diplomatic channels and fire upon Evol members without at least issuing a warning that the pass may not be valid due to what occured in Crielere?
SA have shot FA members in Catch and it was all sorted out diplomatically. Why can't this be the same?

Jim, iv never fought alongside EVOL, EVER, maybe some mebers of the corp have camped gates with EVOL to find pirates, but we dont have any kind of ties with EVOL, that i can assure you.
Had our first fight with mOo last week, it was a pleasure, u guys are polite and good fun:).
