Just installed Eve on my 2nd PC (which connects via another UK ISP):
Results:
Connection via TalkTalk - Eve Status "Unknown", Evemon shows server Offline
Connection via BT - Eve Status "Unknown", Evemon shows server Online - but patching works fine.

Was just able to get on (and was not able to previously). Might just be coincidence, but perhaps not.

Same problem here, from the craphole end of Europe... MOTD loads, tracert has no problems, but Status is unknown and I can't connect...

Proxy Servers (19124 online)
proxy server 07 was stopping some people connection, both processes have been killed on the machine. not sure if it was the load balancer or the machine it's self, but the operations team are looking into it.

Still having the issue reported, tried from secondary ISP and no luck.
UK: Virgin Media (Blueyonder) and UK2 .. both give:
"Connection Timeout - The server did not respond to the client's secure-handshake request within a reasonable amount of time"
All other applications are fine.

I demand a refund of my $0.04 ($14.95/690 possible playing hours = $0.02) because I have not been able to log on for 2 hours.
This of course is a joke but I posted it to put the fact in perspective!!
If you cannot log for 1 hour you are out exactly $0.02!!!

maybe that could be why I am being disconnected all the time, check all your proxies, the one which route users from the caribbean.

there is no 1 proxy server for a route. when you connect to TQ you connect to a loadbalancer and it sends you to a proxy. i check the proxies quite offen and there isn't very offen problems.
today we had a problem with proxy 07 which is being looked into.
