First off apologies if this seems like a troll or flame attempt, but none of the other forum categories seem to offer any hope and my attempts at emailing seem to have got nowhere.
I've been trying for nearly two weeks now to get some response from the Eve Store after receiving some products that were either not what I'd ordered or arrived broken due to insufficient packaging.
I've emailed the store using the contact system available through the customer login 3 times since the day the goods arrived yet received no confirmation and in desperation contacted CCP via email which apparently created a petition, also with no response.
If anyone can help on this matter at all I'd be grateful.
I've never had any trouble using the store in the past and would look forward to using it again in the future, but at least confirmation that my emails have been received would give me peace of mind.
Thanks, and sorry again if anyone sees this as a troll. :-)

The direct email for the store is [email protected] not sure if that is what you used.

You could also shoot Kieron a mail as he has handled store issues in the past.

Thanks for the replies guys, as it happens, since posting this I got a response from the store and the problem is rectified.
I hadn't realized the [email protected] email address wasn't just an automated address, so I hadn't tried that one, going instead through the web interface.
Not sure what caused the issue but glad it's sorted.
