I've only ever used iTunes as a music download site, however i'm increasingly noticed that a lot of the tunes i want they dont have :( Can anyone recommend a better (but also safe) alternative download site (mainly for electronic type stuff) thx

Radioblogclub lets you stream whatever music you want...they have A LOT of songs and artists.
Don't use Limewire/Kazaa/etc, they're all a virus hive. If you want to download full CDs for free use Bit Torrent (Azureus for example).

yeah, Itunes is for the loss, since Apple is the new microsoft. they are forcing their stuff on everyone. The Ipod STILL isnt free to use anywhere without middleware, the I^phone forces 1 provider on you, and macs practically only run efficiently on mac software.... and everyone keeps moaning about microsoft. ----------------------------------------------- "post with your main. delete your alt, you sad little exploiting metagamer."

Yeah, go with Limewire if you want to completely bugger up your computer. I'd sooner recommend someone pour a 2 litre jug of distilled water into their power supply than use Limewire.
Use torrents, and Azureus.

last.fm and pandora are good sites to listen to music, but you can only listen and not download usually.
(last.fm also has a seperate program you download to listen) ------ wait...what? |

Why would you want to run a Mac on anything but Mac software?
