Well, after hanging around Rens I couldn't find any of these "mercenaries" so I contacted an agent I used to work for and asked him to look up the few M-5 pilots still online.
According to this agent, the two guys were in F9E-KX, a system in Catch. We packed our supplies and set out for this unfamiliar system.
Upon arrival, we see 2 M-5 in local. A quick scan reveals two POS and 20 seconds later another scan shows their ships in these POS.
Not wanting to have gone all that way for nothing we decided to split up and monitor the goings on at both POS (one at IX-1 and the other at VIII-2). We quickly noticed a golden opportunity to extend our business into Salvaging when we saw two destroyers outside the POS shield of IX-1.
I had one of my pilots safespot his ship and we stole both of the destroyers right out under the nose of fathitman. Unforunately after that the remaning M-5 either logged off or left in shuttles.
At least I got some nice pictures:

I am having fun. There has been some good fights. There will be no more good fights because everyone in your alliance is hiding from me. Smack talk and threats are a part of EVE so get over it or go back to WoW. I couldn't care less if your guys smack, because there's never any truth in what they say. Another update guys. After a little nap this afternoon my trusty wing-man William Hart and I set out to find some Mercenary Services ships to blow up. We got the locator agents buzzing, and we traced all 3 of the online M-5 pilots to The Forge, two in New Caldari.
Upon arrival though, these guys logged out. I guess their new tactic is to order a mass-logoff as soon as I enter local? mulletor logs first, then parkerj followed a minute later by wackamoe. Oh well, back to truckin'

Our wardec against them has been a complete waste. Every time one of them shows up in local we get all excited at the chance to mercilessly butcher one of them. Then Awox shows up and the Merc logs off. Come on Awox, throw us a bone let us humiliate a few them ourselves.

Upon seeing Awox's success in hunting down M-5 in New Caldari we decided to take a 4 man gang up there and see if we could run into any hapless mercenaries to slaughter.
Upon arrival it seemed they were all in frigates to our great disappointment, but I managed to bait them out into attacking my Typhoon with 2 stealth bombers, a taranis, and a jaguar. I figured I would blow them up, and they would go get bigger ships and come back and make a legitimate effort to actually win a fight (no matter how unusual it is for them to pull that off).
They didn't keep me waiting, and a few minutes later I had killed the Taranis and Jaguar and waited for them to come back. They came after me again, this time with a Dominix, Taranis, and a stealth bomber helping. Again disappointed with this "mercenary alliance" and their lack of any sort of strength, I brought in the rest of my gang and we made short work of the Dominix while the others ran away.
Mercenary Services is without a doubt the worst mercenary alliance ever formed.

I shall elaborate. ADVL are an Empire industrial corporation that specialize in asset haulage. These are the only contracts that we take. We declared war on another industrial corporation a week and a bit ago, and they obviously hired Mercenary Services to come and nullify us. Whilst we're the squishy carebears, I wouldn't say that Mercenary Services are the bad-ass PvPers that they make themselves out to be. The only victory they have had so far is in the censorship of some of our propaganda. When you compare that to our dominance on the battlefield, coupled with the thefts of Mercenary Services assets left outside one of their POS forcefields, it's easy to see who is really winning this fight.
Now that we have made their war mutual, we can only hope that they come out to fight. With their reputation in shatters, them retracting the war against us with their current statistics would cause devastation to what little they have left.

I am new in this alliance, i dont know what u had and why is there only one kill of u on our killboard but I maybe have a clue:
U are 4 man corp, while us beeing around 50(not sure about numbers though:S) so u are easily to evade us when odds are against u, while u can gank lonely targets.
Second: u are using alts which are neutral to us, to repair yourself while in combat using guardians and such. Nothing wrong with that, ofc, u are just using game mechanics. But please, stop smacking about how we run away and log-off(Tyler did crashed indeed even from TS!) Trust me, we were ready to engage u on that g8s.
so, have phun, fly safe and see u on the battlefield (FYI: first time we fought and u already lost your rapier to me..even drake couldnt save u.)

Ahem, we have grownto a 5 man operation. Also, as far as me evading you easily. The only time I evade you is when you bring 5:1 odds. Whenever I seek you guys out things like this, this and this happen.

Yeah, I'll believe that. He is at a gate with 5 hostiles so he jumps and conveniently CTDs.
As for the remote rep alts. They came in half way through the fight (after 2 of your ships had died already, and the remaining two were permajammed) and repaired me without me asking for assistance, they just thought it was the cool thing to do. It was from then on that we became friends.

You mean, see you on the battle field if we have 6:1 odds according to local? Also, I lost the Rapier to you and 3 others. There's no U in TEAM. Definately not something you could of accomplished solo as I recall you warping off in low armour. Thanks for undocking for a change though.

5. There is always some of goon...erm. rens 911 logged in Rens, just ready to jumps us. And seeing that u already have common channel with them, it usually isnt 6:1 but its 6:1+all the goon..grr..rens911 in rens..
And yes, i could have accomplish that on my own, if u were on your own, but having friend in dampening drake (which did that dmg to me with heavies..) helping u, i'm sure not engagin u in webbing recon, right? I am maybe crazy, but not stupid. And i was never docked though:D

Tylerius is not an ISD, if you do not belive that, why dont you just contact CCP for him closing your threads?
Maybe the fact that only you, your friends and your alts talk in those threads make them of too little importance to be worth a thread? You could just as well just talk in the chat you got with 505, Rens 911 and your Rep alt/friends.

I know you dont belive anything we say, but I will write it anyway... If Tyler logged off on purpose, why didnt he just log on again and then log off while in warp back to the gate? By doing that he could avoid ever getting back to the gate. He got completely booted and by the time he came back on TS, you guys had 3 Megas, a Falcon, a Hurricane and a Typhoon at the gate or on the other side waiting to jump in if he logged on again, so of course we told him not to.

Which brings us to next... We outnumber you by 6 to 1? You were in a rapier, william were in a BC, thats 2, apart from that you had a friend/alt at the station ready to repair, thats 3. We were 4 in the gang at that time. That is outnumbering you 1.33 to 1. Apart from that you count from local, okay, Sofie was in local in the neighbour system Rens, so were 6 Rens 911 guys at the time. That gives a total of 10 vs 4 if we count it your way, which is you outnumbering us by 2.5 to 1.
Funny thing is if we look at the killboards, you only got kills with several ships against one lonely ship and if that aint enough you got 505, your alt/friend or Rens 911 to remote rep you. All while we were fighting the goons in the area around Jita. As your own screenshoot of Tyler crashing so nicely shows, you got a chat channel with your own guys, 505 and Rens 911 and repair alt/friend in it.
Also the fact that you had Rens 911 sitting in 3 Megas and 1 Typhoon at the Rens side of the gate against our gang of 2 recons, 1 cruiser, 1 BS, 1 Assault Frigate and 1 Stealth Bomber doesnt really show us outnumbering you... We were never more than 7 people in the gang and nr 7 was Tyler who belive it or not crashed when he reached the system.

Then you commented us logging off... Yes, that happens... At the time it was 23.15/11.15PM which could be considered bed time for most people in Europe who got work to do the following day (monday). Which left our group at 2 people who didnt really feel like fighting your quite larger group.

If a "neutral" party puts reps on someone you are fighting in an empire war, they get flagged to you...and you can engage them...that includes repping POS's etc...

So yeah, while you look at my killmails, and it shows you being out numbered (oh poor diddums) you never consider that it's only because the other m-5 left their friend to die like cowards.

You guys love looking for your little hollow victories. I've synchronized the killboard to the best of my abilities before and for some reason the values will not change. This does not bother me.
Still, going by damage dealt I am still over twice that received, just going off current prices and not including fittings - faction inties for example. Also, I am not the one who is in 0.0 NPCing to make ISK. So who cares how much damage I have dealt? It's obvious some of your members have run out of it.

awox when will you figure out that even if you got a 1000:1 kill ratio (more targets 4tw!), its obviously not M-S's contracted goal to get good killstats - its to keep you guys too busy to do hauler jobs. Send 1 isk for clue to "Kriger" plz. And they are obviously being successfull with that considering the ammount of time you spend on the forums relaying whats going on ingame (or not?). so for the love of god.. keep CAOD clean of useless threads like this one, and keep it ingame. We got the message - you are uber, M-S suck. They are obviously doing their job regardless. So if they suck, and succeed, what does that say about you? ;) sry couldnt help it.. this is pure kindergarden and you guys are getting way too emo over a simple wardec.

Heh. I lol'd. Perhaps if you took the time to research before you opened your mouth, you'd see the amount of courier contracts we undertake. Just right click, show info, click Show Contracts. Then you will get a free clue and realise that you are an utter idiot.
