My complaint about Band of Brothers
I have facts for those who think and arguments for those who reason. To begin at the beginning, Band of Brothers twists every argument into some sort of "struggle" between two parties. Band of Brothers unvaryingly constitutes the underdog party, which is what it claims gives it the right to abandon the idea of universal principles and focus illegitimately on the particular. You, of course, now need some hard evidence that if the country were overrun by the most superstitious enemies of the people you'll ever see, we could expect to observe widespread discrimination in our daily lives -- stares from sales clerks, taxis that don't stop, and unwarranted license and registration checks by police. Well, how about this for evidence: It says that it needs a little more time to clean up its act. As far as I'm concerned, its time has run out. Band of Brothers's bons mots are as predictable as sunrise. Whenever I educate the public on a range of issues, its invariant response is to provide financial support to backwards banana republics and their whiney dictators. Armed only with a white shirt, pocket protector, slide rule, thick glasses, and some other neat stuff, I have determined that it may seem difficult at first to provide you with vital information which Band of Brothers has gone to great lengths to prevent you from discovering. It is. But I am convinced that there will be a strong effort on Band of Brothers's part to bowdlerize all unfavorable descriptions of its lamentations one of these days. This effort will be disguised, of course. It will be cloaked in deceit, as such efforts always are. That's why I'm informing you that we must let Band of Brothers know, in no uncertain terms, that its arguments are as devoid of meaning as the squawk of an angry bluejay. Only then can a society free of its ribald words blossom forth from the roots of the past. And only then will people come to understand that I am not fooled by its overweening and eristic rhetoric. I therefore gladly accept the responsibility of notifying others that the question that's on everyone's mind these days is, "Whatever happened to community standards?" As you no doubt realize, that's a particulary timely question. In fact, just half an hour ago, I heard someone express the opinion that there's a distinction to be made here. That's self-evident, and even Band of Brothers would probably agree with me on that. Even so, its cajoleries were never about tolerance and equality. That was just window dressing for the "innocents". Rather, if you want to hide something from Band of Brothers, you just have to put it in a book.
I once managed to get Band of Brothers to agree that its codices are not just about diabolism but also about sensationalism. Unfortunately, a few minutes later, it did a volte-face and denied that it had ever said that. I am, of course, referring to a recent occurrence which is so well-known, it requires no comment, except to add that Band of Brothers's fantasy is to declare martial law, suspend elections, and round up dissidents (i.e., anyone who does not buy its lie that I'm too irresponsible to keep the faith). It dreams of a world that grants it such a freedom with no strings attached. Welcome to the world of Pyrrhonism! In that nightmare world it has long since been forgotten that Band of Brothers complains a lot. What's ironic, though, is that it hasn't made even a single concrete suggestion for improvement or identified a single problem with the system as it exists today. In contrast, perhaps one day we will live in a world where good people are not troubled by fear of what I call pudibund power-drunk-types. Until that day arrives, however, we must spread the word that if Band of Brothers is allowed to promote a culture of dependency and failure, the implications can be widespread. I put that observation into this letter just to let you see that it says that it should address what is, in the end, a nonexistent problem because "it's the right thing to do". What balderdash! What impudence! What treachery! Band of Brothers's grand plan is to break down the industrial-technological system. I'm sure Mao Tse Tung would approve. In any case, it's not the boogeyman that our children need to worry about. It's Band of Brothers. Not only is Band of Brothers more blathering and more indelicate than any envisaged boogeyman or bugbear, but it takes more than a mass of crazy backstabbers to treat the disease, not the symptoms. It takes a great many thoughtful and semi-thoughtful people who are willing to go placidly amid the noise and haste.
If Band of Brothers has spurred us to celebrate knowledge and truth for the sake of knowledge and truth, then Band of Brothers may have accomplished a useful thing. To place poxy, mumpish bureaucrats at the head of a nationwide kakistocracy has never been something that I wanted to do. Never. Band of Brothers asserts that things have never been better. That assertion is not only untrue, but a conscious lie. Okay, that was a facetious statement. This one is not: Many people are convinced that Band of Brothers's double standards have a devastating effect on the poor, the sick, and the elderly. I can't comment on that, but I can say that I will never give up. I will never stop trying. And I will use every avenue possible to change the minds of those who impose a one-size-fits-all model on how society should function. Okay, this letter has become much too long so I'll just jump right to the punchline: I'm truly bewildered by the flippant nature of Band of Brothers's memoirs.

When you actually become a pirate/wanted person/Person who tries to capture a bounty, feel free to come back to this forum channel.
We all know BOB sucks, BOB has a copy of every T2 BPO and has some awesome players. Using a auto complain generator to post in C&P is not cool. It means you have no life and seek attention. Yes, I am giving into your attention seeking but also stating a point that everyone who reads this post is thinking (Or at least I hope so)
So leave, ISD, please lock this thread, and post something here when it is actually related to what this Forum Channel was created for.

Why are so many people against BoB? Just because they are the largest group? I have red alot of stuff and I haven't read anything saying how they are worse than anyone else. I am not trying to start a flame fest. I seroiusly would like to know what all the fuss is about. No disrespect to anyone. Just some really good reasons BoB is the devil. What have they done that is bad? They seem like a group of players who worked hard and formed a group that grew to be the biggest group in the game. I say good for them. Sounds like a alot of hard work and intelligent people. RL ones. So please, give me facts on why they aren't how I perceive them. What if another group like klepto, racketeers, or molotov co was the largest? Woud they be envied, hated, feared, or would they be respected?

I have no problem against BoB, them getting devs to give them t2 BPO's doesn't concern me, BoB fighting massive wars with alliances of alliances only drives up the prices so I make money by them ganking being ganked, however I do know that many people do to one hilarious degree or another have a vendetta so i discovered an auto complaint generator and decided to have some fun, people think BoB are criminals, its arguable it can go in this forum, so you can stay in the thread and whine proving your newbs, or you can away and play with your dolls like nice girls.
