what division does it fall under? i just got it from an internal security agent and it just basically had me do 5-10 mins worth of just flying around, and i got around 700k from it! like WOW. i want more missions like that!

1-2 u can do in a pod because u dont need to kill anything. Just go to get on first 1 and warp though, wait for local that tells u u r done and u can turn it in.
2 - fly to a stargat, lots of baddies spawn in, u can warp out, turn it in.
recon 3 is the hard 1, u need a solid tank to fly through the gas cloud wthout dying.

Pick an agent that gives you lots of combat missions (Command, Internal security, Security, Surveillance, and so forth), and hope you get lucky. There's no way to specialize in agents giving high lp low time low combat missions like recon or cargo delivery.

All 3 parts of recon are run like hell types of missions,3rd one's gas cloud hurts though.

I think this mission is stupid for a level 2. yes i know you dont have to fight to beat it but still.
10 dire gurista cruisers though?
or whatever faction you do it with....
i just wasnt expecting that in my caracal. i dont dislike the mission but i dont think it should be a level 2. theres only 4 dire cruisers in blockade lvl3.

Really pain in the ass mission to fight you through... I suggest AB or mwd to get far range asap, if not, ab/mwd and close to acceleration gate...
If you get alot of spawns and fail to pwn, there is always cloaking devises <3 :)

Except you can't activate warp gates in a pod. Shuttles work, though.

Part 1, agreed.
You don't need to activate the accel gate in recon part 2, and in fact you can't, because it's locked. You warp out when you get the message that the mission is over. So doing it in a pod is perfectly fine.

I'm really upset with the lvl2 part3 of this mission. I lost my Assault Ship to the cloud, but the last damage only does 1100... My Assault Ship had way more shield / armor / hull than that, but it still popped.
Am I wrong in this train of thought? Is it a flaw for the mission?

I did the whole thing in a drake. Killed everything in the first and most of the second part before realising you didn't need to :/ The 3rd part barely scratched the shields.

No way, I get phat lewtz from mopping up Recon 1/3. I haven't tried tanking 2/3 yet.
