Given the damps are on the nerfmobile, I propose that target painter bonus and damp bonus is switched between gallente and minnies so that gallente can remain unnerfed.
Minnies get a nerfed mod, gallente get a repeatedly quoted as "very useful" mod that hasn't been nerfed, and the status quo remains.
What do you say? Deal?

Why the hell would gallente need target painters? like only 2 ships even have missiles

Target painters are quite decent on drone boats as well.

Geez someone needs to join Alliance Complaint.
Trying to bash Mini ships for what might be coming as some changes in regards to sensor dampeners is plain silly.
What got nerfed was NOS that was being used as a win buttom on any and every ship in pvp eve. What might be changed is Sensor Damp for the same but a much less used circumstance.
Would say stop bashing others unless you actually fly their ships and understand their harsh limitations.

nah, damps are for gallente. gallente are close range most of them, so getting enemy close if they cannot lock u at 15km is good:)

So basically you want minmatar recons to have a web range bonus and a damping strength bonus?
