100m for the t1 item
100 m build cost (speculation but here ccp cantinker the price )
100 profit
so 4 to 500 mill
not that much for a jumpable ship me thinks
Assuming a 1 in 5 success rate (20%)...
500 mill in BPC costs, the T1 item (100 mill) then "around" 200 mill per run (100 mill in T2 items, and of course, the T1 ship) in manufacturing costs; you would need to sell each one for 350 million isk just to break even. This doesn't include, of course, the T1 bpo, research, and copying costs.

your numbers are a bit off
if you add the 1.4 decryptor you get a 5 run
then the max run bpc (10 ) rum , curenntly sold a 20mill tops maybe that doubles )
then its up to you if you enter a t1 into the invention job
so all in all its not soooo bad
