Who's assuming? We were told, quite specifically, that no further T2 BPOs would be given out. Now, either the lottery is going to be handing out BPCs (lol), or CCP have just gone back on a major game change with no prior warning. Oh, and let us not forget the gallente buff and the t2 cloaking BSes capable of allowing fleets of recons to bypass any gatecamps they wish.
