Here we go again, please check back for information as soon as we get it!
I'm starting a new thread so we don't get the last server crash confused with this one. Please check the old thread, update 4 gives you a bit of information on what's going on.

No offense, no "rabble!", no complaint BUT....
When a dev says "Here we go again", it's time to panic
Well, my job is to get information to you guys, but I'm getting as tired of this as you guys do, the rest of CCP is getting tired of it, and we all want it fixed. All I can really say at this point is that we're working on getting it fixed.

Due to the latest failover we are now taking the opertunity to remove the effected hardware.
Our ETA is now for a startup of 22:00 and hopefully TQ will remain online after that.

We're having some issues after the reboot, this is being handled now and hopefully we can keep the new 23.30 GMT ETA.

The faulty hardware has been removed and the back-up needs to be manually rebooted. ETA has been extended to 2330 GMT.
We apologize for the server issues and are working diligently to resolve them.

Unfortunately things doesn't always go as you plan, in this case we ran into some issues that delayed startup, we tried to fix this but eventually had to call in another person to get it sorted. This really doesn't have anything to do with bad startup ETA's, more like murphy's law.

With you guys it seems like things NEVER go as planned.
Sure it does, and I'm sure I'll be able to remember an example of this anytime now.

Tranquility is now open for business, again.
Remember that the server can be a bit slow after startup due to a lot of people trying to get in at the same time, so be careful the first 10-15 minutes.

The server team will continue to monitor TQ for any other issues that may arise throughout the course of the evening, as well as continuing to delve deeper into the hardware issues with all resources at our disposal. This most recent reboot looks promising, more so than previous reboots.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience the recent server issues have caused the EVE community.
