How do CCP fix the server at night?
Do they have on-call rooms and take it in turns?
Or does somebody live next door: When there is a crash, does he come to fix the server in his/her dressing gown and slippers?
I wonder if they could post photos of the arrangement?

Server is in UK.
HQ is in Iceland......
Yea, they have 12 hr shifts. and they fly back and forth.

They generally get called in, they can also do some things remotely I think so help isn never far away.

After about 20 years in IT I can safely say that people who drink (alcohol or just soft drinks) and smoke in stress situations at work do not get their work done properly.
Hitting them on the back of their heads doesn't work well either.
isn't it funny how some people advocate both GTC<=>ISK trades and EVE being superior due to its cruelty and costly losses, when they use the former to circumvent the latter?
