After yesterdays f*ck-up with customer service (or lack thereof) I stiil need to get my problem fixed, so I call again, make sure I press '2' (to make a change to my itinerary) after 26 minutes on hold, some useless prat answers, who, after me explaining what the problem is, and stating that I need to rebook a flight (that was changed on me by the airline) says that he can't help me.
Now what the f*ck is this bullsh*t? I pick the menu option for making a change to my itinerary...now this usless tw*t that picked up the phone can't make a change to my itinerary? Nope, I guess your phone menu/switching system was programmed by a bunch of ******** monkeys. So Mr. useless says he will transfer me to the appropriate department.
I have now been on hold for an additional 47 f*cking minutes..after being on hold for over 2-1/2 hours last f*cking night over the course of two f*cking phone calls.
Yesterday you got my, "I'm annoyed, but hope we can solve this" message. This is my I am extermely f*cking angry and hope all you c*cksuckers catch syphilis and die slowly and in great pain message.
If I have to go through this again tomorrow...I'm going to get somewhat less polite.
Now either hire some fu*king useful phone employees, or teach someone to read, and answer the original message I sent regarding my issue SIX F*CKING DAYS AGO!!

the intenet is a wonderful place though...makes it easy to tell all my friends...and random strangers I share forums with...how lovely your service is.
Did I go to far, or should I have been less harsh to expedia.ca? Oops..did I mention the useless one's name my bad 
and to update..3 hrs on hold. still no answer
